Template for consistent formatting of featured article on portal pages.
Usage

Name of image (without "File:" prefix) which should be displayed to the right of the

image. In order to keep formatting consistent, please only use this if absolutely necessary.link
Name of page with the full article, i.e. the target of the "more" link at the bottom of the text.

Excerpt from the featured article. Should neither be too short nor too long.
